  • Can I walk-in or do I need a reservation?
    We love walk-ins, however, if you make a reservation, we can guarantee that you will be treated on time. As you can imagine, we’re very popular, so sometimes there are no times free for casual walk-ins. close x
  • Oops, I forgot to cancel my reservation. Do I get penalized for this?
    You will receive a courtesy call the 1st time you miss your reservation. On your 2nd missed reservation you'll be notified about our No Show policy. Guests with 3 or more no-shows in a 6-month period may be restricted from booking reservations over the phone and be placed as a “walk in only” guest, meaning they need to book their reservation directly at the store when they're ready to be serviced. We'd prefer for all guests to have the opportunity to book over the phone and ask that you call, even at the last minute, to cancel a reservation. close x
  • Oh no, I'm running fashionably late for my reservation. Will you still take me?
    We have a 10-minute late policy. If you are more than 9 minutes late for your reservation, you will be marked as a no-show and we may have to reschedule all or part of your services. We ask that you call and let us know when you are running late so we can best accommodate you. close x
  • Tell me about your late policy?
    We pride ourselves on running on time. And we know there may be times when guests are running late. That's why we have our late policy. We do this so our wax specialists can stay on schedule while offering a luxurious wax experience. If you are more than 9 minutes late for your reservation, you will be marked as a no-show and we may have to reschedule all or part of your services. We ask that you call and let us know when you are running late so we can best accommodate you. close x
  • Waxing Services Refunds
    We offer a 5-day performance policy on all waxing services. If we failed to remove all unwanted hair while performing a service for a guest, we will gladly touch up the originally serviced area, at the original store of service, within 5 calendar days of the original service date, at no charge. close x
  • Gift Cards
    European Wax Center® gift cards do not expire and are not subject to any fees.
    European Wax Center® locations are operated by independent franchisees and therefore EWC Franchise Group, Inc. shall not be responsible for the acts or omissions of its franchisees in the sale or acceptance of European Wax Center gift cards.
    European Wax Center® gift cards are not returnable or refundable for cash except in states where required by law.
    If your gift card is damaged, lost or stolen, immediately contact European Wax Center® customer service by phone at 1-800-439-6200 or by email at guestservices@waxcenter.com. Your gift card will be canceled and you will be issued a new card with the then remaining balance, provided that you provide proof of purchase or other comparable verification.
    European Wax Center® gift cards are not reloadable.
    European Wax Center® gift cards can be purchased in any amount between $10 and $2,000 at participating European Wax Centers®.
    Any one specific guest may not purchase more than $10,000 worth of European Wax Center® gift cards within the same calendar day.
    European Wax Center® gift cards can be used at most European Wax Center® locations throughout the U.S.
    Use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms.

  • Unlimited Wax Pass

    30-Day Cancellation Policy

    Should you decide to cancel your Wax Pass within 30 days, European Wax Center® will charge you full price for the visits you already used and issue a refund for any remaining balance due.

    After 30-Day Cancellation Policy

    Should you decide to cancel your Wax Pass after 30 days, there is a $25 cancellation fee. European Wax Center® will charge you full price for the visits you already used and issue a store credit for any remaining balance due.

    Transfer Policy

    Should you decide to transfer your package from one service to another, European Wax Center® will charge you full price for the visits you already used and apply any remaining balance due toward your new Wax Pass purchase. We do not charge a fee for transferring a Wax Pass.

    NOTE: Wax Pass may not be transferred from one guest to another. Wax Pass redeemed in Manhattan, NY that were purchased outside of Manhattan, NY may be subject to a surcharge at check-out.

    You may receive a full refund from the original store of purchase for any products returned with an original receipt within 30 days. To be eligible for return, each product must be in new, unused condition with an unbroken seal and unopened packaging. close x
