Arriving Late For A Reservation - What's our Policy?

We pride ourselves on running on time. And we know there may be times when guests are running late. That's why we have our late policy. We do this so our wax specialists can stay on schedule while offering the ultimate wax experience. If you are more than 9 minutes late for your reservation you will be marked as a no-show and we may have to reschedule all or part of your services. We ask that you call and let us know when you are running late so we can best accomodate you.
