European Wax Center reserves the right to change and/or discontinue any/all incentive programs, for any reason, at any time, without notice.

European Wax Center shall not have any liability to any guest for any claim of non receipt of any incentive(s) whatsoever, regardless of the type of incentive(s), and regardless of the reason guest did not receive or was not granted such incentive(s).
