What if there is a booking error?

We like to be made aware of any booking errors. We ask that if you experience a booking error that you call Guest Services toll free at 1.866.439.6200. A Guest Service Associate will e-mail management about the reservation in question. A manager will then review the call and see exactly where the error was made. After reviewing the tapes, a manager will call back to speak with you. We make every effort to train and retrain when necessary to ensure that we always provide the best customer service, paying close attention to booking reservations correctly.
