I went as a first time -resident client and got the Free Wax awesome ,but even better I got the best eyebrow wax ever. My wax specialist was Honey in the Weston, Florida center. Everytime I used to get my eyebrows waxed I used to go home and take out some leftover hairs myself but not this time! Outstanding job ,very friendly ,beautiful ,clean facility and appointment right on time , barely no wait, I waited a little because I got there early. This is my wax center now! :)

Just went to European Wax Center Las Vegas for the first time to get a brow wax. I was timid at first because I have been seeing the same aesthetician at a salon for the past three years but she has become unreliable. I am extremely picky about my eyebrows and very busy so I always make a spur of the moment appointment. E.W.C was able to take me within half an hour of my call and Carla, the front desk gal, was very helpful and informative. Chantelle did an amazing job! My face didnt get all red and there were no stray hairs! (I examined my brows thoroughly when I got into sunlight) I am completely satisfied and would definitely recommend this to friends. I'm glad I found this place.

Before I went to european wax center, I would get my eyebrows threaded. That is the most painful and worst experience I had in my life. I finally decided to go to european wax center and I found out the first time was free. My eyebrows looked amazing!! It wasn't painful and I didn't come out as red as I thought I would. The girl who did mine was Tia and she helped me pick a shape that went perefect for my face.

I went to the Allen, TX location. First the staff was very friendly and so professional. Customer service means everything to me especially in referring friends and family to a new place. I had been getting my eyebrows 'threaded' and would come out with sore, red skin where they had threaded and tears running down my face. Waxing on the other hand was fast, much less painful, no redness and great results. I will never go back to threading.

AMAZING!!! Way less painful than regular waxing. The facility is spotless and the staff are amazing! They are all very knowledgeable about the waxing process and products. I typically get my brows waxed every 2 weeks but now i go every 3-4 weeks. The SLOW IT lotion is AMAZING!!! It works wonders and is great for my skin...not oily and has a wonderful smell. I highly recommend anyone to going to their nearest European Wax Center. The first time is FREE...can't beat that! (=
